Please post your test scores for College Mathematics so that others might benefit from it. I honestly don't remember if this test is easier than the CLEP. Score: 79 (pass) Length of study: about a month Resources used: REA College Mathematics, and LN (I was in the middle of Saxon math's Advanced Mathematics book) Tips: Know your basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division rational vs. irrational numbers absolute values how to graph an equation how to graph a point composit functions and how they work Logarthims imaginary numbers sets probability statistics A basic knowlege of all the topics in the LN would be helpful. Although, I'm unsure as to how neccessary please excuse my lack of memory :? I took this test over a year ago ![]() If you need any help understanding some problems, feel free to PM me with the section, question # (non shuffled number), and the way you learn the best. Because I can make visual aids for those that are more visual learners (like me :P) Otherwise, I'll just wing it, and hope it helps  Please fill out this form once you have taken the test (: Score: Length of study: Resources used: Tips: |

Score: 56 Length of study: 20ish hours Resources used: OCSG, TM, Peterson's PT Tips: I found this test to be really easy. The over all ideas are simple math concepts that are used (surprisingly) used in the every day world. Mine was easier than the OCSG pt. You WILL need to be comfortable with functions, as that is a big part of the test. |
